Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to secure your booking. Your event date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Booking & Deposit
Full payment is required prior to the event date. Accepted payment methods include e-transfer and invoice payments. Failure to complete payment by the agreed date may result in cancellation of your booking.
Payment
All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, payments may be transferred to a new date based on availability. Requests to reschedule must be made as early as possible.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Delivery and full setup are available within Hamilton and the GTA. Delivery and teardown fees vary based on location. We do not offer pickup.
Clients are responsible for providing a suitable setup area that is clean, accessible, and ready at the agreed time.
Delivery & Setup
We will arrive within the agreed timeframe to complete setup. Any delays in access to the venue may affect setup quality and timing, and we are not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions or late access.
Setup Conditions
A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings.
This deposit will be returned after the event once all items have been collected and confirmed to be in their original condition.
In the event of damage, loss, or misuse of any equipment, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all equipment and setup items are handled with care during the event.
Equipment & Security Deposit
All equipment and styling items remain the property of CBS Dessert Bar and will be collected after the event or at a scheduled time. Items must not be removed, tampered with, or disposed of by guests or venue staff.
Post-Event & Collection
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, and nuts. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Allergens & Dietary Information
While we aim to accommodate preferences and themes, CBS Dessert Bar maintains creative control over final presentation and styling to ensure a cohesive and high-quality result.
Design & Creative Control
CBS Dessert Bar is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury once setup has been completed. Responsibility for the setup area transfers to the client for the duration of the event.
Liability
By submitting a booking request and proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
